The network card has been replaced and the service has been restored. We are continuing to monitor the service.

The issue has been traced to a network card that has failed in the data centre. Technicians are currently on-site to replace the network card.

We have identified a service issue with the internet service 4080/4090 Living Arts and 3880/3888 Duke of York and 310/330 Burnhamthorpe. The Coextro network team is currently working on resolving the issue as soon as possible. We do not have a time of resolution at this time. Please check back for updates.
